Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reset Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing product resets in grocery stores and retail environments, ensuring that merchandise is displayed according to company standards. This position requires a strong focus on organization, cleanliness, and customer service to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Duties

• Perform product resets in grocery stores and retail locations according to planograms and merchandising guidelines.
• Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and visibility.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively.
• Package products as needed for display or shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of resets and store projects.
• Apply retail math skills to assist in inventory management and stock assessments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grocery store merchandising or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of retail math principles for effective stock management.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Must live within 60 minutes/miles of Nashville, TN
• Must be at least 18 YEARS OLD or older
• Must have VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Must have PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION
• Must be willing to TRAVEL 50% including overnight travel
