Job Description

Nexodus Clean is hiring an experienced Janitorial Technician to service locations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and prior experience cleaning offices. This is a daytime M-F position between the hours of 7a - 11a

Technicians will be responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and ensuring all work is documented and verified on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial services in a federal environment
• Follow site-specific cleaning checklists for:
• Daily services
• Weekly services
• Monthly services
• Obtain site manager signature after each completed service
• Submit completed checklists as instructed for compliance and payment
• Maintain professional conduct on-site at all times

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required
• Must have a smartphone
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and procedures
• Must be dependable and punctual for early morning shifts
• Comfortable working independently on-site
• Ability to communicate with site managers when needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
