The Role:

The DC Warehouse Lead is part of the Warehouse and Operations team. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily inventory control and functional operations within the DC Warehouse. While this position has no direct reports, the person in this role will serve as a floor leader by providing guidance, setting expectations, and coordinating workflows to ensure that all tasks are completed with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal person for this position has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a passion for music and will be comfortable working a warehouse and trailer yard environment that will vary in temperature, climate conditions, noise level, lighting, workload and pace.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides direction, guidance, training, and support within the operations of the warehouse.
  • Organize, prioritize, and report on daily tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency of warehouse operations.
  • Oversee warehouse operational processes, including receiving, stocking, processing, order selection, and
  • shipping.
  • Ensure warehouse associates are actively engaged and follow all warehouse processes as directed.
  • Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP, providing training and support to team members and troubleshooting system issues as needed.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data and
  • product quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline operations.
  • Prepare and analyze relevant reports on inventory levels, production output, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment, resolving interpersonal conflicts and promoting
  • teamwork and open communication.
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge regarding SAP and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of the team.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal); and the ability to interact professionally with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Must possess basic math skills for counting, calculating quantities, and performing inventory related tasks.
  • Must possess a commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience in inventory control, production management, or warehouse operations.


Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • This position is based at our Denver DC warehouse and trailer yard.
  • Must be able to utilize standard office equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, printer, etc.
  • Must be able to lift items weighing between 10-25 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours per day and sit 0-2 hours per day and walk for 6+ hours per day.
  • This position occasionally requires climbing and often requires bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving in repetitive motions.
  • This position is occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures and is frequently exposed to hazards, loud noises and vibrations.
