What's this role about?

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Data Analytics, Data Science, Snowflake, and Power BI to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a strategic, individual contributor role to temporarily replace a key team member going on leave. The ideal candidate will act as the internal liaison for gathering and translating business requirements, working closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders.

Job Title: Product Owner – Data Analytics

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite – Hybrid (3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
• Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) who will report into this role.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for data and analytics teams.
• Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Ensure alignment with strategic business goals and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Science, Snowflake, and Power BI .
• Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a strategic, high-impact role.

Additional Details:

• This is a replacement role .
• Onsite presence required 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
