RPA Architect / RPA Delivery Head – Automation Anywhere (15+ Years Experience)

15+ years overall IT experience, with at least 7–10 years in RPA and extensive expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360 / Enterprise) .

Strategy & Leadership

Define and drive RPA strategy, roadmap, and adoption across enterprise functions.

Lead automation programs with focus on scalability, reusability, and governance.

Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to identify automation opportunities aligned with business objectives.

Manage large global RPA teams, including architects, developers, and support engineers.

Solutioning & Architecture

Design end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere platform (A360, IQ Bot, Bot Insight).

Define best practices for bot design, error handling, security, compliance, and scalability.

Evaluate integration requirements with ERP, CRM, Cloud, Databases, APIs, and legacy systems.

Work with AI/ML, NLP, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools to extend RPA capabilities.

Delivery & Governance

Lead full lifecycle implementation of enterprise-grade RPA projects – assessment, design, development, UAT, deployment, and support.

Establish governance, COE (Center of Excellence), and operating model for automation delivery.

Ensure compliance with IT, security, and audit standards.

Define and track KPIs, ROI, and business impact from automation initiatives.

Mentoring & Capability Building

Mentor and coach developers, business analysts, and junior architects.

Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to development standards.

Stay updated with latest Automation Anywhere releases, features, and industry trends.

15+ years of IT experience with 7–10+ years of hands-on RPA delivery and leadership .

Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 / Enterprise platform (mandatory).

Deep knowledge of IQ Bot, Bot Insight, Control Room, Credential Vault, MetaBots, and Cognitive Automation .

Strong understanding of process discovery, assessment, and automation pipeline management.

Proficiency in VBScript, Python, .NET, Java, APIs, REST/SOAP, SQL, and Web Services .

Experience with cloud RPA deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) .

Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (ServiceNow, BPM, CI/CD pipelines) .

Exposure to AI/ML, OCR/IDP tools (ABBYY, Document Understanding, OCR engines).

Strong background in solution architecture, system integration, and enterprise application landscapes (ERP, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Automation Anywhere Master RPA Professional Certification or equivalent.

Experience setting up and running an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) .

Exposure to multiple RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) in addition to AA.

Prior experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Telecom domains.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage expectations.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale automation programs with measurable ROI.

Team leadership and mentoring skills across geographies.
