Ecomswap is a founder-led M&A boutique helping DTC (and Amazon-native brands) exit globally. We’re small, fast, and growing.

You’ll be thrown straight into live deals and take over part of the dealflow.

Most deals so far have been closed by the co-founders, Eliott and Jad (French and international background), along with one full-time advisor. We’re now bringing in someone who’s driven, and knows how to make things move.

This role starts fully remote, with the expectation that you’ll join us at our Dubai office from Q1 (we are looking to onboard before this date)

It can take months to close your first deal, but once you find your rhythm, the earning potential and network growth compound fast.

Scope of Work (First 30–60 Days)

✅ Manage buyer communications: screening, Q&A, calls

✅ Support CIMs, deal briefs, light P&L work (training provided)

✅ Build relationships with brand owners, aggregators, and funds

✅ Take over 2–3 active deals and grow your own pipeline

✅ Drive conversations from intro to LOIs to close

Who You Are (Ideal Background)

  • 2–5 years in a DTC-focused agency (CRO, ads, influencers, email, growth, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of key metrics: ROAS, AOV, LTV, margin, churn
  • A closer with commercial instincts over corporate polish
  • Confident and highly motivated
  • Organized, persistent, and comfortable with long sales cycles
  • Hungry to break into M&A and learn fast
  • Understanding of ecommerce

This Role Is Not For Someone Who:

  • Isn't proactive and ready to give it 100%
  • It is for someone who wants to turn ecommerce experience into dealmaking, network, and big outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
