Deal Sourcing & Operations Associate - Real Estate

Introduction
Aspyre Residential (https://aspyre.homes) is a boutique real-estate investment and renovation operation based in Dubai, run by an experienced founder. As we look to scale up, I’m searching for a dependable, hands-on assistant to help with everything from property research and deal sourcing, through to renovation design and project execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone motivated to learn, take responsibility, and grow with a small but ambitious business.

What you’ll be doing

• Research and analyse projects and specific units to develop an inside-out understanding of their investment and transformation potential – including locations / communities, typical layouts, view orientation, etc.
• Track property listings and historical transactions to inform buy/sell decisions.
• Liaise with real-estate agents. Attend viewings. Build and maintain relationships with agents to get access to good deals.
• Support the buying and selling process through to transaction paperwork.
• Get involved in the renovation design process: floor plans, material choices, liaise with suppliers and coordinate orders.
• Help manage renovation and refurbishment projects: coordinate contractors, ensure quality workmanship, monitor schedules, and help keep costs under control.
• Be a reliable, organised support – proactive, accurate, detail-oriented, with a “get-things-done” attitude.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in real estate – sales, property research, renovation, or project management.
• You are dependable, conscientious, and have strong organisational skills.
• You are comfortable with research, spreadsheets, property-market analysis, and working independently as well as under direction.
• You have a positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, learn on the job, and deliver.
• Good communication skills are critical. A basic design-sense is a plus.
• You are based in Dubai, and have your own car.
