Dealer Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our authorized Tata Motors dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales volume, ensuring profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction (CSI). You will act as the bridge between the dealership and Tata Motors, ensuring all OEM guidelines and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for [Passenger Vehicles / Commercial Vehicles].
• Strategy & Planning: Develop effective sales strategies, manage inquiries, and oversee the entire sales funnel from lead generation to delivery.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a premium customer experience by maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and resolving customer grievances promptly.
• Inventory Management: Manage vehicle stock levels, ensuring the right mix of models and variants are available to meet market demand.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for dealership management and Tata Motors area officials.
• Training: Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews for Sales Consultants and Team Leaders.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. (Experience with Tata Motors is a plus).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the automobile market, finance/insurance processes, and RTO regulations.
