Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Incentives + T.A & D.A

Role Overview

As a Distributor Sales Representative (DSR), you will be the face of Tata Motors Genuine Parts in the Siliguri region. Your primary goal is to ensure that commercial vehicle owners, workshops, and retailers have seamless access to authentic spare parts. You will focus on building strong relationships with retailers and mechanics to drive sales and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Coverage: Conduct daily field visits to retailers, spare part shops, and independent garages across Siliguri and surrounding territories.
• Order Generation: Meet monthly sales targets by booking orders for Tata Motors Genuine Parts (Clutch plates, filters, engine components, etc.).
• Relationship Management: Educate mechanics and retailers on the benefits of using Genuine Parts versus non-branded alternatives to ensure vehicle longevity.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and retailers according to the credit cycle.
• Stock Monitoring: Assist retailers in managing their inventory and ensuring high-demand parts are always in stock.
• Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports (DVRs) and provide feedback on competitor pricing or new product trends in the local market.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales. Experience in the Automotive/Spare Parts industry or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Education: Minimum Graduate with relevant experience.
• Skills: * Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle components.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bengali and Hindi (Nepali is a plus for the Siliguri belt).
• Must-Have: A valid two-wheeler license and a personal vehicle for daily travel.
