The Dealer Relations and ERP Manager is responsible for working closely with dealers and sales representatives to ensure the highest customer service and support. The position also is responsible for ERP logistics and oversight to ensure smooth workflow and production output. Other duties will be assigned as necessary. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, supporting employee development, and driving operational excellence.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate monthly production activities to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Assign tasks and manage daily workflows for production personnel as needed.
  • Provide timely, constructive performance feedback and recognition.
  • Support employee development through coaching and goal-setting.
  • Develop and maintain work schedules to meet operational demands.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all production processes and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Verify all documentation and production records are completed accurately, stored, and approved appropriately.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Warranty resolution
  • High level dealer and sales representative support both verbal and written
  • Trailer planning and purchasing support
  • Engine order scheduling
  • Outgoing Freight Coordination
  • ERP System oversight and entry as needed
  • Responsible for change orders and workflow coordination
  • Weekly workflow scheduling and updating
  • Approval of final invoices and all HIN and VIN numbers

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field is preferred.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a production facility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
