Dealership Administrative Assistant

The responsibilities of this job are as follows: Contact customers regarding payment reminders, insurance verification, and updates to contact information (address, phone number, etc.) Prepare and manage vehicle repair invoices for customers. Maintain and update vehicle inventory, including costs, depreciation, title status, duplicate keys, and related details. Assist with preparing sales contracts and completing Secretary of State documents. Organize and manage paperwork efficiently while handling multiple tasks. Answer customer questions about vehicles for sale and provide general assistance. Manage and update company social media accounts, including posting vehicle listings, photos, and updates. Support management with additional administrative and operational duties as needed. Track vehicle parts inventory and assist with ordering when necessary. Assist with vehicle taxes, documentation, and compliance-related tasks —required office work experience, Customer service experience. Also, Best sutied for employees able to speak Spanish and English. High school diploma or higher highly recommended.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.70 - $30.00 per hour
