Dealership Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dealership Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our car dealership.

This role is responsible for keeping dealership operations organized, compliant, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior car dealership experience and a strong understanding of dealership processes, title work, accounting, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle inventory records in Frazer
  • Create, organize, and maintain complete deal jackets/paperwork
  • Process and track vehicle titles and registration documents
  • Accurately track all vehicle sales and inventory movement
  • Reconcile daily cash, credit card payments, and deposits
  • Record expenses, pay bills, and manage accounts payable
  • Oversee consignment inventory and vendor payments
  • Communicate with DMV, auctions, lenders, vendors, and other agencies
  • Track sales commissions and submit payroll information
  • Monitor office supplies, licenses, utilities, and renewals
  • Assist with monthly/year-end financial closeouts
  • Prepare records for accountants, including 1099s and W-2 documentation
  • Maintain compliance with dealership operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous car dealership experience is mandatory
  • Experience with Frazer DMS strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of title processing, dealership accounting, and deal paperwork
  • Strong bookkeeping, reconciliation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Preferred:

  • Experience with payroll submissions and commission tracking
  • Familiarity with dealership compliance and licensing requirements

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
