Dealership Title Administrator and Assistant to CEO

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dealership Title Clerk and Assistant to the CEO to join our fast-paced automotive dealership team. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of managing vehicle titles and registration processes with providing high-level administrative support directly to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations across multiple departments. Your proactive approach will help streamline dealership workflows, enhance customer service experiences, and support the CEO’s strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all vehicle title and registration documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Coordinate with DMV offices, lienholders, and insurance companies to process titles efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory control, sales pipeline activities, and retail sales transactions
  • Assist the CEO with scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
  • Support outbound sales efforts through customer outreach, follow-ups, and lead management
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking vehicle stock levels and coordinating reorders
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
  • Experience in dealership operations, retail sales, or automotive repair is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail math principles
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, outbound sales strategies, or sales pipeline development
  • Administrative experience combined with strong organizational skills to support executive functions effectively

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
