Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dealing Desk specializing in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFD) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial markets, a strong track record in trading, and the ability to manage risk effectively. This role involves executing trades, monitoring market conditions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Bridge connectivity: knowledge about: Centroid, PrimeXM and oneZero

• Trade Execution: Execute trades in FX and CFD markets promptly and accurately, ensuring optimal execution prices and minimal market impact.
• Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor global financial markets, economic indicators, and news events to make informed trading decisions.
• Risk Management: Implement and manage risk control strategies, monitor positions, and ensure adherence to risk limits.
• Client Interaction: Provide market insights, trading recommendations, and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and executing trades on their behalf.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all trading activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on trading performance, market analysis, and risk exposure. Analyze trading data to identify trends and opportunities.
• System and Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance trading platforms and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced Degree or professional Certification (e.g., CFA, CMT) is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, Bloomberg), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with trading algorithms.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of FX and CFD markets, trading strategies, and economic fundamentals.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing trades and managing risk.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial markets.
