Debt Collection Agent

Overview

Seeking experienced 3rd party collections representatives, 3rd party collections experience is a MUST!!!. We have open positions in our call center which is centrally located in Stone Mountain. The ideal collector is drama free, willing to work in a team environment, and adheres to assigned schedule. Looking for CLOSERS only, if you can’t close your own accounts, this is not an ideal fit for you. We expect you to work 25 – 35 accounts per day from assigned queue plus answer calls from fast paced dialer. We don’t want any collectors who use illegal tactics or strong arm tactics to collect, we have great debt, the debtors are familiar with who they owe and why you’re calling them.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Adherence to assigned schedule
- Previous 3rd party collections experience

- Skip tracing experience
- Knowledge of FDCPA guidelines
- Great communication, negotiation, and listening skills
Hours 9am – 5pm
