Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as  Debt Collection Trainee/Executive . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with or without prior experience in collections, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Ability to converse in meetings with senior management  
• Skip tracing and locate clients when required.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and strive to meet and exceed targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses. • Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and repayment terms while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, payments, and agreements.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and avoid future delinquencies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Monitor and update account status regularly in the system.

Qualifications:

• Experience:  No prior experience required; fresh graduates and individuals with a passion for negotiation and analytics are encouraged to apply.
• Languages:  Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of one of the languages such as Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic, or other Indian Languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and Proficient in learning new computer applications
