Job Description:
Armeny Rent A Car is seeking a responsible and experienced Debt Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers while maintaining professionalism and protecting the company’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on overdue payments from customers via phone, email, and in person
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer communications
• Coordinate with the finance and operations teams regarding unpaid accounts
• Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and company regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar role
• Car rental industry experience is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills

Language & Eligibility:

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of car rental agreements and customer liabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
