Role Description

This is a contract on-site Debt Collector role based in Bahrain. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records of payment statuses, and following up on overdue accounts. The role includes negotiating payment arrangements, preparing and issuing invoices, and supporting financial reconciliation tasks as needed. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to address payment discrepancies and provide excellent communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection practices
• Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients
• Basic Computer Literacy for tracking, recording, and managing payment records
• Knowledge of Finance and financial processes related to payment collection
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with industry regulations or financial systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance-related fields are advantageous
