Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Debt Management Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the industry and a solid understanding of financial products or debt-related services. You will assess clients’ financial situations, recommend tailored debt relief programs, and guide them through the complete enrollment process, including debt consolidation, restructuring, settlement, and legal support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact, qualify, and follow up with potential leads within required timeframes
• Conduct in-depth consultations (in-person or over the phone) to assess clients’ financial health
• Analyze customer liabilities and recommend the most suitable debt solution program
• Clearly explain service offerings: Debt Consolidation, Debt Restructuring, Debt Settlement, and Legal Services
• Build trust and rapport to maximize conversions and client sign-ups
• Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Legal, Verification, etc.) for smooth onboarding
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM tools
• Handle objections confidently while maintaining professionalism
• Provide post-sign-up support until the client case is allocated

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the industry (experience in debt management, financial services, or collections required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand and explain financial services and basic legal terms
• UAE experience or strong knowledge of UAE banking/collection practices is a significant advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
• Languages: English required; Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or Tagalog are a plus
