Debt Settlement Company Coordinator (DSC)

Job brief

Bounce AI is looking for a Debt Settlement Company (DSC) Coordinator who can interact with Debt Settlement Companies (DSCs) and Attorneys to negotiate settlement plans on behalf of the consumers they are representing. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively and efficiently communicating with these third-party companies to resolve as many accounts enrolled in their programs as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processes for identifying consumers who are represented by DSCs/attorneys and negotiating settlements on the accounts enrolled with these representatives
• Establish relationships with key contacts at DSCs and law firms to streamline processes and drive performance
• Manage inbound and outbound communication with consumers’ DSC and attorney representatives
• Contact represented consumers whose accounts are not being resolved to negotiate settlements directly or push DSCs to act
• Coordinate with Product and Operations to improve processes, reporting, and outcomes relating to represented accounts

Requirements and skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Very proficient with Excel and Word
• High attention to detail and critical thinking
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

In-office role

Pay:

$26-28 per hour, plus a monthly bonus based on performance
