Debt Settlement Sales Manager-Salary+commission

Job Title: Debt Settlement Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 15 debt settlement sales reps
  • Set and track daily/weekly/monthly performance quotas
  • Monitor calls for quality and compliance (FDCPA, TSR regulations)
  • Run daily huddles and weekly team meetings
  • Handle escalations from reps or difficult client situations
  • Report metrics to ownership (close rates, revenue, pipeline)
  • Onboard and train new reps

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years managing a sales team (debt settlement, financial services, or collections preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of debt settlement compliance and regulations
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, DebtPayPro, etc.)
  • Proven track record hitting team quotas

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation to Post:

  • Base salary ($50K–$60k depending on your market) + performance bonus tied to team metrics.

Commission Tier

Tier 1- 1 million to 5 million, commission rate is 0.2 percent

Example: 4million x .002 =$8,000 for that month

Tier 2 - 5.1 million to 9.9 million, commission rate is .25 percent

Example: 8 million x .0025= $20,000 for that month

Tier 3 - 10 million and more, commission rate is .30 percent

Example: 10 million x .003 = $30,000 for that month

Mon–Fri 8am–6pm / Sat 10am–3pm schedule clearly laid out
