Foundation Debt Resolution helps consumers take control of their financial future through debt validation, credit repair, and housing solutions. We're looking for experienced, driven sales professionals to join our growing remote team.

About the Role

We're hiring a Debt Validation Sales Representative who knows the debt industry inside and out. You'll work directly with clients over the phone, walking them through our debt validation services and closing deals. Compensation is hourly or commission, whichever is greater. You are required to work a designated scheduled shift — attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable.

What You Need

• Ability to read and interpret consumer credit reports, including tradelines, account statuses, balances, derogatory marks, and dispute factors
• Prior experience working in the debt settlement industry — you must understand the debt lifecycle, negotiation processes, and consumer financial hardship situations
• Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple applications while on calls
• Fluency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs — we operate entirely within Google Workspace and you'll be provided a full company Google Suite account
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
• Strong verbal communication and sales closing ability

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
