**Your Day to Day**

- Handle inbound calls and web inquiries from consumers seeking debt validation and relief services.

- Conduct a brief review of the client's financial situation to recommend the appropriate provider option.

- Guide clients through the enrollment process with confidence, clarity, and integrity.

- Utilize our CRM to manage follow-ups via phone, email, and text.

- Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and strategies—your ideas matter here.

**What We Need From You**

- **Proven Track Record:** Minimum 1-2 years of phone sales experience, specifically in **Debt Resolution, Student Loans, Tax Relief, or Mortgage services**.

- **Technical Aptitude:** Comfortable navigating CRMs and discussing credit report fundamentals.

- **The "Closer" Mindset:** You know how to build value and handle objections without being pushy.

- **Self-Starter Ethic:** You are organized, reliable, and can manage your time effectively without someone looking over your shoulder.
