Decision Support Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Decision Support Systems (DSS) team, operating under Strategic Planning and Digital Banking.

Our team focuses on automating credit allocation strategies for individual, commercial, and agricultural customers, enhancing strategic decision-making processes.

The successful candidates will play an active role within the Experian Powercurve application, helping to transform data into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• A university degree in relevant field (Economics, Business, Finance, Banking, etc.).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Decision Support Systems or a similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with Experian-PowerCurve, with strong knowledge of credit risk management tools.
• Preferred: Proficiency in SQL and SAS for advanced analytics.
• Analytical-thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Advanced MS Office skills(Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing decision support systems used in retail, commercial, corporate credit allocation process.
• Collaborating to define, test and implement decision support systems for credit policies, strategies, and limit assignments.
• Monitoring the input and output quality of decision support systems, preparing reports, and ensuring data quality improvements.
• Conducting user acceptance tests based on business needs.
• Preparing reports on retail loans, analyzing strategies, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Performing portfolio analysis and generating evaluation reports.
• Supporting digital platforms and alternative channels, ensuring seamless automation of credit application and allocation process.
• Coordinating with IT teams and other units for DSS-related projects.
