Deck Installer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Deck Installer to join our growing team. This position involves building and installing residential and commercial decks. The ideal candidate has construction experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Build and install wood and composite decks
• Read and follow project plans and layouts
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials
• Use power tools and construction equipment safely
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate with team members and supervisors
• Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Construction or carpentry experience preferred (deck experience a plus)
• Ability to use power tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of deck installation experience
• Framing or finish carpentry experience
• Experience with Trex or composite decking (optional)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
