Deck Hand / Boat Crew (With Valid Driving License) Job Summary

The Deck Hand is responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and safety of the vessel. The role includes handling deck equipment, supporting docking and mooring operations, maintaining cleanliness of the vessel, and performing transport duties using company vehicles when required.

Key Responsibilities - Vessel Operations

• Assist the captain or marine supervisor in daily vessel operations.
• Handle mooring and unmooring lines during docking and departure.
• Help in loading and unloading cargo, equipment, or passengers.
• Monitor deck equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Assist in navigation watch when required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle preferred).
• Previous experience as Deck Hand, Boat Crew, or Marine Assistant is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of marine safety and vessel operations.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors and handle manual tasks.
