Decoration Supervisor – Events

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Decoration Supervisor to manage and supervise decoration setup for events and related projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, ensure timely execution, and maintain quality standards for event décor and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise decoration setup and dismantling for events and projects
• Coordinate daily activities of technicians and helpers
• Ensure designs and layouts are executed as per plan
• Monitor work quality, safety, and timelines on site
• Coordinate with design, operations, and event teams
• Manage materials, tools, and basic inventory on site
• Resolve on-site issues and report progress to management
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of decoration materials

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Decoration Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of event décor, setup, and materials
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours including events
• Good communication and coordination skills
• UAE experience is an advantage
