Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our Dunkin' team for morning and afternoon shifts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Prior experience in food preparation, POS systems, or hospitality management is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, baked goods, and breakfast items
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety st.andards
- Manage inventory control to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies
- Assist with training new staff members and support team management efforts
- Ensure quick service delivery during busy hours while maintaining quality standards
- Uphold customer service excellence by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Support overall restaurant operations including shift management, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food handling within fast-food or casual dining environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Leadership qualities including staff training, supervising experience, and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production and hospitality management
- Ability to work efficiently during morning or afternoon shifts in a quick-service restaurant setting
- Previous experience in hospitality management, restaurant management, or culinary roles is advantageous
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
