*Seeking to fill 6,8,12-hour shifts

**Currently seeking those available for 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) in the Surrounding Houston area. Weekend availability is a plus!!

Requirements

• 3 years of verifiable Caregiver Experience within an agency or facility
• Current Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Social Security Card or other form of identification, ie passport
• Reliable Transportation

Qualifications

• Strong Work Ethic to maintain a high standard of professionalism in both your work quality and personal presentation
• Strong observational skills to identify changes in patient health or behavior.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to be Punctual and Professional

Duties

• Assist clients with walking, transfers, bathing , and other daily tasks-ADLs.
• Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Nutritional meal management-Planning, shopping, ingredient preparation, and cooking-varies for each client
• Support residents with memory care needs through engaging activities that promote cognitive function.
• Uphold resident rights by fostering an environment of respect and dignity.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
• Transport client to and from activities/appointments - not required for all clients
• Participate in training sessions and continuing education to enhance caregiving skills

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
