Pay & Incentives

Average weekly earnings: $1,850 – $2,200
Estimated annual: $72,400 – $82,800
Average miles: 2,000 – 2,446 per week
Stop pay: $15 per stop
Short-haul bonus: $40 (under 100 miles)
Transition bonus: Up to $1,500 (paid in increments)
Paid orientation: $300
Travel, lodging, and meals provided during orientation

Combination of drop & hook and live loads
Reliable freight with steady miles
Mix of day and night driving depending on dispatch
Equipment

Late-model tractors (Freightliner, Kenworth, International)
Automatic transmissions
Well-maintained fleet for driver comfort and safety
Responsibilities

Run assigned regional routes safely and efficiently
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Track routes and hours using ELD systems
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations
Communicate with dispatch for load coordination
Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
21 years or older
No experience required (entry-level drivers welcome)
Able to pass hair follicle drug screening
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
