Job Overview

This position is ideal for CDL-A drivers seeking consistent regional freight, reliable home time, and steady income. Drivers will run dedicated routes providing predictable scheduling and miles. Minimum 3 months of Tractor-Trailer experience required.

Pay & Mileage

* CPM: $0.70 per mile

* Annual earnings: $86,000 - $91,000

* Weekly pay: $1,400 - $1,700

* Average weekly pay: $1,550

* Miles: 2,200 - 2,400 per week

Home Time & Schedule

* HOME EVERY WEEKEND -- Saturday morning through Sunday night

* Running lanes in PA, NJ, MA, OH, SC, NC, MD, and NY

* Consistent freight with reliable scheduling

* Slip-seating operation

Equipment

* 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia

* Automatic transmission

* Well-maintained fleet with regular service intervals

Daily Responsibilities

* Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT standards

* Execute dedicated regional routes across PA, NJ, MA, OH, SC, NC, MD, and NY

* Log all hours accurately using onboard ELD system

* Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding ETAs, delays, or route changes

* Collect and submit accurate delivery paperwork and bills of lading at each stop

* Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies at all times

Bonuses & Benefits

* $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

* Stop pay: $20 per stop

* $300 PAID ORIENTATION

* Detention pay: $3.75 per 15 minutes after 2 hours

Qualifications

* Valid CDL-A license

* Minimum 3 months of Tractor-Trailer (TT) experience required
