  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management for CAPEX-intensive programs.
  • Strong financial acumen—experience with budget management, TCO modelling, and cost-reduction initiatives that materially impact margin.
  • Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, Coupa or similar) and comfort with procurement analytics and supplier scorecards.

Preferred

  • Experience with national vendor networks, logistics &warehousing optimization, and sub-contractor procurement processes for utility/telecom builds.
  • Relevant certifications (CPM, CSCP, CPSM) or strong familiarity with procurement/compliance frameworks and contract law.

Benefits & Culture Highlights

  • Hybrid work model with travel to project sites and vendor locations—balanced autonomy and on-the-ground leadership.
  • Opportunity to shape procurement strategy for large-scale national infrastructure programs and build a best-in-class team.
  • Competitive compensation, performance incentives tied to cost-savings and project outcomes, and professional development support.

This role is ideal for a strategic procurement executive who thrives in fast-paced infrastructure environments, combines commercial rigor with hands-on supplier management, and is passionate about driving measurable cost and delivery improvements across complex projects.
