Defense Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced defense litigation paralegal for a full-time, on-site position in our Pasadena office.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting discovery responses, motions, and complex factual memoranda
• Preparing trial documents and binders
• Summarizing deposition transcripts and medical records
• Utilizing various types of litigation software, including Trial Director
• Attending trial and handling all trial technology

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience preparing and formatting legal documents, letters, spreadsheets and extensive knowledge of court filings and calendaring.
• Strong attention to detail, a professional demeanor and the ability to prioritize several projects in a deadline driven environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting defense litigation (insurance defense experience is highly desired).

This position is full-time, on-site M-F in our Pasadena office.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
