DEFENSE LITIGATION PARALEGAL - 2-5 Years Previous Exp. Required

DEFENSE experienced litigation paralegal needed to support a partner and associates located in the Galleria area. Applicants should have knowledge of medical malpractice defense litigation including preparing all discovery and follow up, medical record summaries, time lines and deposition summaries along with scheduling depositions. This position will also include searching for experts, communication with clients, and e-filings with all State and Federal Courts. The position requires excellent organizational skills, communication skills, strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple deadlines.
