Defense Litigation/Trial Attorney

The Position?

Law Offices of Thomas J. Wagner, LLC is looking for an Associate Trial Attorney admitted in PA & NJ with litigation experience - defense is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for the right lawyer who wants to practice law like a lawyer, not a super-adjuster.

Qualifications?

• PA & NJ Bar Admissions - and up to 5 years of actual litigation experience.
• Attention to detail and successful task completion
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong research abilities and written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities To Start?

• File review, develop litigation and trial strategies.
• Extensive legal research and Motion practice.
• Prepare for and manage your litigation calendar successfully.
• Strategic depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Prepare pleadings and engage in discovery.
• Commitment to respond promptly to all e-mail and phone inquiries and understand the urgency demands in a trial practice
