Position Overview

ECTTS is executing a deliberate expansion into federal procurement. We are recruiting a proven Defense Logistics Agency Acquisition Specialist to architect, launch, and scale our DLA supplier footprint end to end. This is a build and own mandate with executive visibility and direct impact on topline growth, particularly in webbing and securement tie-down straps.

Mission-Critical Responsibilities

  • Setup ECTTS as a DLA supplier: complete registrations, certifications, cataloging, pricing, and compliance across DIBBS, SAM.gov, CAGE, and related systems.
  • Opportunity origination: proactively identify, qualify, and prioritize DLA solicitations—emphasis on webbing, cargo securement, tie-down straps, chains, binders, and related NSNs.
  • Bid execution excellence: lead proposal strategy, pricing, documentation, and submission with zero-defect discipline.
  • Insider insight: leverage prior DLA experience to anticipate requirements, timelines, and evaluator expectations.
  • Cross-functional leadership: align procurement, manufacturing/assembly, quality, and logistics to meet delivery, QA, and traceability standards.
  • Continuous optimization: refine pricing models, lead times, and compliance processes to scale award velocity and margin.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior DLA acquisition/procurement experience. Hands-on with requests, awards, and supplier engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience placing or managing requests for webbing and securement tie-down straps (NSN familiarity strongly preferred).
  • Mastery of DIBBS, federal solicitations, FAR/DFARS fundamentals, and DLA specific workflows.
  • Commercial acumen: understands cost drivers, pricing strategy, and supplier readiness.
  • Builder mentality.

Why ECTTS

  • Strategic mandate with executive sponsorship.
  • Manufacturing and assembly capabilities in securement products, backed by quality systems and scalable operations.
  • Speed and decisiveness of a privately held operator no bureaucracy, real ownership.
  • Competitive compensation aligned to impact, with growth runway as federal awards scale.
  • Family owned and celebrating 30 years in business.

Next Steps
Qualified candidates with direct DLA experience, especially in webbing and tie-down securement, should apply with a resume highlighting relevant NSNs, award history, and systems expertise.
