Defense Paralegal - Support for Medical Expert Witness Consulting

Compensation: $100K expected by end of year 1. Breakdown: Base is 60k before commission or basically comparable to or better than your current or prior position. Expected 40k or more of commission. Plus Bonuses – birthday bonus, holiday bonus, etc.

Position Responsibilities

• Case Management: Work closely with assigned Case Managers and Expert Witnesses to provide comprehensive paralegal support.

• Case Documentation: Review and summarize case details to assist the expert witness with reviews, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible.

• Drafting and Document Assembly: Provide drafting assistance and support document assembly for Case Managers and experts.

• Client Relations: Assist the Case Manager with client communications, case management, and scheduling as needed.

• Networking and Lead Generation: Engage in lead generation and networking to build our client base. Relevant contacts are highly valued and come with commission opportunities.
