About the College & Role

Shree Raj College is a new private college in a rural area of Raigad district. We are looking for a committed and forward-thinking Principal to lead the college in its early years.

The first and most important responsibility will be to increase student admissions to our degree courses and help the college grow.

In our area, many students choose earning over learning because of financial needs. Our mission is to support students through an Earn & Learn approach, so they can study, work, and build a better future together.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the college academically and administratively.
• Work actively on student admissions and local outreach.
• Build and support Earn & Learn opportunities for students.
• Guide and mentor teachers to improve teaching quality and skills.
• Create a strong learning environment focused on discipline, values, and student personality development.
• Ensure the college follows University of Mumbai, NEP, and NAAC guidelines.
• Build a positive image of the college in the local community.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
• Ph.D. degree in a relevant subject.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in colleges or universities.
• Experience in academic leadership, research work, and administration.

Administrative Experience

• Experience working in private or unaided colleges.
• Expert working knowledge of University of Mumbai rules, NEP, NAAC, and academic compliance.
