Degreed Professional Manager (DPM)
Mid-Missouri Supported Living is seeking a Degreed Professional Manager (DPM) to oversee residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities and support direct care staff in providing high-quality, person-centered care in compliance with standards from the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee residential supports for individuals on assigned caseload
- Train, coach, and support direct care staff and managers to ensure quality services
- Ensure implementation and documentation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Coordinate benefits and community services
- Monitor medication administration records and health documentation
- Maintain required documentation and regulatory compliance
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff
- Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and call-ins
- Maintain a supportive, on-call status and provide direct support when necessary
- Promote individual rights, independence, and person-centered supports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a passenger van
- Ability to pass Family Care Safety Registry and driving record checks
- Ability to complete required certifications within 90 days (CPR/First Aid, Medication Aide, Abuse/Neglect training)
