Responsibilities :


  • Delivers advanced support in the preparation and evaluation of claims by applying technical and contractual knowledge. Reviews complex project records, conducts detailed analyses, and contributes to the preparation of well-substantiated claims and reports that support fair and transparent project outcomes.
  • Review and analyze project records, schedules, and cost data for claims assessment.
  • Prepare detailed claims documentation, narratives, and supporting evidence.
  • Conduct delay and disruption analysis with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Collaborate with project management, commercial, and legal teams to validate claims.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
  • Draft correspondence related to claims, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Contribute to negotiations and resolution discussions by providing technical input.
  • Maintain claims registers and audit trails for accuracy and traceability.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for internal and client meetings.
  • Share knowledge with junior staff and assist in their development
  • Acts with integrity and fairness, applying analytical thinking and professional judgement while supporting collaborative solutions to project challenges.


Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, contract administration, or project controls.
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with claims and planning software (e.g., Primavera P6) is a must.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
