Delegate Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking)

Energia Middle East, an events company renowned for its high- quality conferences, is hiring for Arabic Speaking Delegate Sales Executives. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that organizes industry-leading events across the Middle East! We are looking for a person who can work on oil and gas events across the Middles East with some of the biggest companies in the region.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Sell delegate passes for a portfolio of Energia Middle East conferences through proactive outreach (phone, email, digital)
• Build relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries, highlighting the benefits of attending our events
• Research and identify potential delegates within relevant industries
• Qualify leads and manage a consistent sales pipeline to meet sales targets
• Ensure delegates have a positive experience pre- and post-event
• Nurture relationships to encourage repeat attendance and ensure a high rebook rate.
• Provide sales performance updates to the Sales Manager
• Stay informed on industry trends to maintain competitive positioning
• Attend Energia Middle East's conferences to gain market knowledge and engage with potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
