Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the deli section, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with established recipes and standards.

Train and supervise deli staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.

Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of labor resources.

Maintain accurate inventory records, order supplies as needed, and ensure that the deli section is properly stocked at all times.

Monitor and track deli section sales and performance, providing regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working in a deli or food service setting, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
