Deli/Baker

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated Deli / Baker to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with deli preparation, baking, creating beautiful food displays, and providing excellent customer service. As our deli continues to grow with new offerings such as Paninos, meat and cheese boards, and specialty deli items, we are looking for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and excited to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deli items, sandwiches, paninos, and specialty foods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with baking breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
• Assemble and prepare meat and cheese boards with attention to presentation and detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Restock products and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist customers with questions, recommendations, and orders.
• Provide friendly and welcoming service to every guest.
• Operate the register and process customer transactions when needed.
• Help create attractive displays that showcase our deli and bakery products.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Previous deli, bakery, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
