1. Delivery & Logistics
- Pick-up and Delivery: Quickly collect grocery, food, or other items from the designated dark store/warehouse and deliver them to the customer's location.
- Timely Delivery: Adhering strictly to the short time window to ensure ultra-fast delivery (typically within 10 minutes).
- Route Planning: Using the delivery app for efficient navigation and planning the shortest route, often delivering within a 3 km radius of the store.
- Safe Handling: Ensuring the orders are picked, packed, and transported carefully to maintain their quality and condition (e.g., keeping food at the correct temperature).
2. Operational Compliance
- Order Verification: Reviewing and verifying orders before and after pickup to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Safety and Traffic Rules: Strictly following all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while operating the two-wheeler.
- Vehicle Readiness: Maintaining the delivery vehicle (usually a two-wheeler or e-bike) in good working condition.
- Documentation: Handling necessary delivery documentation, receipts, or payments (if required).
3. Customer Service
- Professional Interaction: Providing excellent customer service through polite and professional interaction with customers during delivery.
- Issue Reporting: Promptly reporting any delivery-related issues, delays, or challenges to the dispatch team or management.
- Communication: Maintaining good communication with the customer and the store/dispatch team regarding the order status.
