Delivery & Handling
  • Deliver plants, pots, soil, and accessories safely to customer locations
  • Handle live plants carefully to avoid damage or spillage
  • Load and unload items properly using company guidelines
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules strictly
Customer Interaction
  • Confirm delivery details before handover
  • Obtain customer confirmation (signature / OTP / photo proof)
  • Maintain polite, professional behavior at customer premises
  • Do not negotiate prices, discounts, or side deals with customers
Cash & Documentation (if applicable)
  • Collect cash only as per invoice instructions
  • Return cash and delivery documents same day
  • Report discrepancies immediately-no adjustments on your own
Vehicle & Asset Responsibility
  • Maintain company vehicle or assigned delivery equipment
  • Report damages, breakdowns, or delays immediately
  • No unauthorized use of company vehicle or fuel
