Delivery and Draft Tech (Coffee Industry)

Job Overview

First Tracks Cold Brew is seeking a reliable, personable, and professional Delivery Driver and Draft Tech to join our team. In this role you will be the face of our business, delivering kegs of coffee, tea and kombucha. A This isn’t just a drop-and-go delivery job—you will be the face of our service, ensuring our clients start their day with exceptional coffee and a seamless setup.

Key Responsibilities

Timely Efficent Delivery: Transport coffee orders safely and punctually to various client locations. Between the Denver Tech Center and Boulder. Swap kegs and gases when necessary.
On-Site Event Setup: Efficiently set up coffee stations and condiments according to client specifications and presentation standards.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact during delivery, greeting clients with a warm, professional attitude answering questions, receiving feedback and communicating to home office.
Inventory & Care: Ensure all orders are accurate before leaving and maintain the cleanliness of delivery equipment.
Draft Tech: Clean draft systems according to First Tracks and industry standards, troubleshoot minor draft system issues and maintain equipment to prevent issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong interpersonal skills:Personable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (carrying coffee kegs, gas tanks, and supply boxes).
Previous experience in delivery, hospitality, or customer service is a major plus.
