Delivery Associate

TALA Logistics, LLC is a veteran owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for safe, hardworking team players with an upbeat/can-do attitude to join our dream team delivering Amazon packages! We offer full-time opportunities. Company vehicle provided. No CDL required!

We are looking for full-time team members to deliver packages to Amazon customers every day. Shifts are 10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week (4 days a week - 10 hour shifts). You will be required to work either a Saturday or Sunday. We typically start at 9:25 AM CST, but have other shifts available at this time. You will work the shift necessary based off business needs.

The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, self-motivated and enjoy working mostly independently as well as at times with our team. As one of our team members you will be delivering packages to homes, apartments and other customer locations. You will play a key role ensuring that Amazon packages are delivered on time and at the right location. We are looking for candidates who want to work full time as well as those who can only work a couple days per week.

You will be delivering Amazon packages but you will be working as an employee of TALA Logistics LLC.

** Duties and Responsibilities

• SAFELY drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. You are expected to meet all safety driving laws.
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in all weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered;
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 70 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van 400+ times a day and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Be able to lift/push/pull 70+ lbs
