Delivery Associate/Walker

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Walkers (On-Foot Associates) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages on foot using a hand truck within a designated area. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while ensuring safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely load, organize, and transport packages (up to 50 lbs) on a hand truck.
• Deliver packages on foot to customers in residential and commercial areas.
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, communication, and scanning packages.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation through digital apps.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers and the public.
• Adhere to all company and Amazon safety standards throughout the delivery process.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull a hand truck loaded with packages.
• Comfortable walking long distances and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with smartphones and mobile apps.
• Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or a physically demanding role preferred (but not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
