Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and reliable Delivery Captains to join our growing team, working with top platforms such as Noon, Careem, Deliveroo, and Talabat. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a stable income with performance-based incentives.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary + AED 4 per completed order
• Target: 16 deliveries per day

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders efficiently and on time
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Ensure customer satisfaction with professional service
• Maintain the company bike and follow safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid UAE motorbike driving license (must). Validity atleast 6 months).
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends)
• Physically fit and able to handle delivery workload-10 hour shift.
• Basic English communication skills

Earnings Potential

With a target of 16-20 orders per day, riders can increase their income through commission on top of their base salary.
