FLEKT, INC. is currently hiring reliable delivery drivers to service routes in:

EAST Lansing and Lansing areas

PICK-UP IS LOCATED IN LANSING, MI

Route Details

• Routes are residential & light commercial
• Consistent daily volume
• Must be comfortable navigating suburban neighborhoods
• Routes are best for drivers familiar with Oakland County

Pay Structure

• Paid per address
• Weekly pay
• Opportunity to earn steady, consistent income
• Performance-based growth available

Schedule

• Routes run 5–6 days per week
• Morning dispatch
• Full routes (8–10 hours depending on volume)

Vehicle Requirements

• Must have your own reliable vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van)
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone with working camera & data

Driver Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs (most packages are lighter)
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working independently
• Must complete route as assigned

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick up packages from the warehouse
• Deliver to assigned route areas
• Take delivery photos as required
• Return any undeliverable packages per procedure

Contractor Status

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position
• Drivers are responsible for their own taxes
